Khaled joined CCCF in 2023, following a 19 year career in the non-profit sector in Bangladesh. He serves as our family liaison manager, helping evaluate family for eligibility, and guiding them through the process of surgery.

Shamim is our National Executive Manager for Bangladesh. Shamim had an illustrious and varied career in the nonprofit sector prior to joining CCCF. Since 2022, he has been the primary leader for all our work in Bangladesh, and has helped hundreds of children find the care they need within their own country. Shamim continues to guide our organization on the ground in Bangladesh

Richard Hubbard is the founder and president of the board of CCCF. He is also a practicing pediatric cardiac anesthesiologist. He passionate about education and research in the field of pediatric heart disease.
